Communication with the center is practically impossible, as they never answer the phone. This creates enormous frustration for patients who need to manage or cancel appointments.

The overall experience is very poor, with a perception of neglect and lack of professionalism. The few professionals who receive praise are not enough to compensate for the structural shortcomings of the service.
